I had an AC problem at an apartment that needed quick attention, I called this company based on the reviews online and didn’t regret taking the chance with them. I spoke with Thelma who has fantastic customer service. I told her it was an emergency and she managed to send me help within an hour or so. The technician Rey R. was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The problem was solved very quickly. I will definitely refer them to other people and use them in the future.
