In 2016 J.M. and his wife Stephanie made the faithful decision to purchase George Cunningham Company from J.M.’s father Mr. Juan Salazar (president from 1979-2016). Working for his father for more than 18 years J.M. gained a passion for doing things right. This simple passion has driven him to grow his family’s business by earning the trust of each of their customers one by one. Stephanie having a successful background in Banking manages the office in various roles including accounting, HR & marketing. Her boundless energy, creativity and expert attention to detail brings much to the success of George Cunningham Company, Inc.

Danny Garcia
Residential Service Manager
Danny studied HVAC @ KAPLAN college in Brownsville and received his certificate in 2010. He worked as an apprentice for another HVAC company for three years before he joined George Cunningham Company in 2013. Danny worked hard, took additional classes and has earned his N.A.T.E. certificate in 2016. His attention to detail, fantastic customer service and reliability earned him the distinction of Service Manager in 2017. Danny loves to fish on his time off and lives in Harlingen with his wife and son.

Bryan Navarro
Sales Team Manager
Bryan is the youngest of our team but with his work ethic and tenacity we could not pass on the opportunity to have him join our team. What started as a retail sales position quickly evolved as Bryan took the initiative to learn how to install a complete HVAC system. With a great attitude and positive personality, Bryan brought a rejuvenating energy to our sales department. His passion for serving customers he found his home helping homeowners through the equipment purchase process as a Comfort Advisor. Today Bryan is manager of our Sales Team, sets the expectations and ensures quotas are met. Bryan is a terrific father and his hobbies are fishing, running, cycling, and swimming.
