George Cunningham replaced one of my units in late August/September… .They relocated the unit for effeciency, replaced ducts, ran new wiring, etc! They also checked my working unit and found it was not cooling as it should. My electric bill has been cut in half and this month only paid $122.00 instead of $200. Was very happy with the their service. I received great financing options as well! Every one of their technicians was polite and took pride in their work. I highly recommend George Cunningham for all your heating and cooling needs!

They came out the same day, they diagnosed and fixed the problem with very reasonable cost and time. Very professional technicians and office staff. Accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.
I had an AC problem at an apartment that needed quick attention, I called this company based on the reviews online and didn’t regret taking the chance with them. I spoke with Thelma who has fantastic customer service. I told her it was an emergency and she managed to send me help within an hour or so. The technician Rey R. was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The problem was solved very quickly. I will definitely refer them to other people and use them in the future. It was my first time using them, but I’m well pleased. Keep up the good work guys, especially the customer service which is not found often around here. God bless you all.
We have been customers for about 12 years and we have been extremely happy with the service they provide. We have a maintenance agreement on our central heating and air conditioning unit, so I never worry about it at all. If something does go wrong, I just call and a technician comes right away! Great company, courteous office staff, and knowledgeable technicians — superb combination!
I called and I talked with the nicest lady about a AC problem. They sent out a repairman (Angel ) and he had my unit running within a half hour. Great people to work with and will forever call them if anything else happens
George Cunningham Company installed two complete HVAC systems on a duplex project, Lennox brand. In addition, completed the blown-in insulation in attic and standard insulation in walls. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The service and completion time were remarkable. I would definitely recommend this company!
We have been doing business with George Cunningham Company Inc. (GCCI) for about 25 years and have bought two high efficiency systems from them over that time. Additionally, we hired GCCI to replace the ductwork in our home with increased wall thickness ducting. We have also signed up for their preventative maintenance program which has extended the lives and efficiency of our systems significantly. Their work is done as promised and on time. They have done all work properly, have been efficient and are neat. They are not low cost competitors, but we still have no hesitation in recommending to most of our friends. We were in Indiana when our neighbor, who was checking on our house, called and said that the house was quite warm. I immediately called George Cunningham and talked with Thelma and explained the situation. I gave Thelma the neighbor’s phone number and she took care of it. Thelma called the next day and told me that they had found that the fan motor had quite working, and that they were able to quickly locate a new motor, had installed it, and that the A/C was backup and running. It was certainly comforting to have Thelma make the arrangements and to keep me informed of the situation. Thanks to the staff at George Cunningham, a week later we came home to a comfortable house.
